WHEN THE SUN IS IN TAURUS
Welcome to Taurus Season ♉
As the second sign of the Zodiac, Taurus comes in to create stability. It’s how we make sure the changes we made during Aries season actually last. Taurus season is a time for us to slow down a little bit & remember why we even started on this new adventure. It’s a season dedicated to purpose & becoming clear on our needs & values. It’s my absolute favorite sign in the entire Zodiac.
When the Sun enters the sign of Taurus, it’s bringing our dreams, visions, & goals down to earth. Collectively, we’re all hit with the truth of reality. The energy shifts from “I’M DOING THIS!” to “OH SHIT, HOW DO I DO THIS?” Things start to get real. Luckily, the Sun holds our ground & sustains us as we navigate the challenges we face when trying to manifest our dreams into reality.
This past month was definitely chaotic on the collective level. I hope you learned how to recognize the Aries energy within you & directed it towards a fresh start on something exciting. If you haven’t, that’s okay! You have free will & can start whenever you want. The Sun is here to give us energy when we need it.
We made it to Taurus season. It’s still Spring, but now it’s time to be responsible.
When the Sun is in Taurus, you can get practical with the things you really need & value in life.
That’s why this sign is my favorite. Starting something new & making changes can be very uncomfortable. I get anxious & my insecurities start to surface. What matters most during this season is finding the calm within the chaos. We do that by focusing on the things that bring us peace & simplicity. Taurus helps us look within to see what we need to feel safe, secure, & comfortable.
You have the life force of the Sun on your side, giving you the confidence to declare I HAVE needs.
Take this energy & direct it towards the stillness within so that you can become aware of what you actually need vs what you don’t. This could be material things or thoughts & beliefs that drain you. Old identities that don’t serve you anymore. Only you know what you need. Can you be still enough to listen?
During Aries season, we cultivated the courage to birth something new. Now, during Taurus season, we cultivate the perseverance to sustain it. What do we need to reach our goals? In asking this question, we realize that we have work to do. We also realize that we need money lol.
How do I know the work I’m doing is the right work? The Sun shines a light on our purpose as we align ourselves with what we value most. Having a strong sense of self worth directly correlates with our material wealth. Now is the time to look within & find the why behind our dream so that we can continue to move forward, with tenacity & steadfastness. In other words, so that our hard work pays off.
Why do I want to be an Astrologer? That’s what I’m going to spend these next 4 weeks doing, getting clear on my why. I’m going to do this by slowing down. By stopping to smell the roses & noticing the beauty all around me. Most importantly, making sure my daily routine can support me when things get hard & I start to doubt myself. Staying consistent with my self care, eating healthy, moving my body. Keeping my home clean & organized. Making time for relaxation.
Taurus represents our worthiness to follow our passions. With that comes our right to be stubborn in the pursuit of what we love. It’s okay to be relentless & determined to work hard for the life we want.
Taurus gives us the wisdom of patience. Patience with ourselves & others as we continue to show up in every area of life.
There is a low threshold for being rushed during this time & the best course of action is to do things that keep you calm. Going for a walk. Listening to music. Immersing yourself in nature. Making art. Bringing beauty into your daily life.
This is how the Sun’s energy expresses itself during this season & we all feel it. It’s grounded, it’s easy going, & gives us stability.
We might notice people are a little more stubborn, lazy, or sensitive. That’s the whole point. We all have needs & we want to feel secure in who we are & what we are doing.
Next, I’m going to show you the evolution of the Earth element & what it means to actually manifest. There’s hard work involved because a dream without dedication doesn’t see the light of day.
